Our Flower Bar allows guests to create their own floral arrangements making it a fun, interactive, and memorable guest favor for your celebration! It’s perfect for any bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, or any other special occasion.

Note: Our flower bar is not charged by the hour, and will be available for the duration of your event, giving your guests ample time to create their floral masterpieces without feeling rushed.

1. What types of flowers are included?
We offer 8 buckets of flowers + 2 buckets of filler flowers + 2 buckets of greenery. The types of blooms are determined based on pricing level and can include roses, spray roses, carnations, mini carnations, mums, stock flower, lisianthus, larkspur, delphinium, tulips, gerbera daisies, pom pons, snapdragons, sunflowers, aster, wax flower, baby’s breath or other fresh in-season flowers and lush greenery.
2. What time do you arrive?
We arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event for set up. Once set up is done, we leave and return when event is over (unless you have contracted for an on-site crew member). The space must be available for the display by the time we arrive.
*We do not climb up steep stairs.
3. What is an on-site crew member?
Our team members can attend your event to run the cart, help guests gather flowers, wrap bouquets, and answer any flower questions you or your guests may have!
4. How big is the flower display rack and flower bar cart?
The flower display rack is approximately 4ft tall, 3.5 ft wide, and x 1.5 ft.
The flower bar cart is approximately 7 ft tall x 5.5 ft wide x 2.5 ft.
*you will need at least 10ft × 10ft of space total.
5. How much lead time is needed?
We need at least 2 weeks notice to book.
*Orders placed later will be subject to a $100 rush fee.
6. How is payment made?
There is a 50% non-refundable rental fee for the flower bar that is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due a week before your event date. Please note, payment must be made by a single individual; we cannot take payment from each individual attending separately.
7. What are your Holiday fees?
There is a $100 Holiday Fee for events held on holidays and holiday weekends such as 4th of July weekend, MLK Jr. and President's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial and Labor Day weekend, New Year's Eve, Easter, Passover, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day because we are pulling our staff away from their families.
8. Can I just rent your flower display rack with buckets and labels and/or flower bar cart?
Yes! You can rent our flower display rack for just $100 and/or our flower bar cart for $200, plus delivery & pick up fees.
We do not offer client pick up and return for our rentals.
Flowers or other rentals are not included.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
